Tammy is the most amazing person and realtor I have ever worked with in my experience of 60 years. We closed on an amazing property in August with the professional help of Tammy and I gave her a 5 star rating but the real story is how she helped us to get through Hurricane Irma as it blasted straight towards our newly purchased condo and we couldn't get any information on damage in the Venice area. We live in TN and were heart broken for the people in Florida and our new neighbors in Venice. Tammy was so kind to send us updates as she received information. We will never forget her kindness at such a traumatic time when she had her own problems she was dealing with due to Irma. Love and thank you Tammy!! Tammy is a very nice person. I don't want someone to "sell me a house", I want someone eager to show me a house, and Tammy was great. She is available but not pushy, and she was always ready to offer help and advice if asked. She is also very pleasant company, so she gets 5 stars from me.

I cannot say enough good things about Michael Saunders and specifically the Team of Tammy Kitt and Peter Mann. We bought our property in Venice Florida during the height of the real estate bubble and found ourselves in an upside down situation. We had to move from Florida in 2006 due to employment but could not sell at that time. In October of 2017 we found that we were in a position to sell. We were lucky enough to meet Tammy and Peter who guided us through the process which for us was a bit long. We were in CT and they took care of each and every detail, ensuring that the property was taken care of. Finding and meeting vendors for any issues we had along the way. It took us over a year to sell our property, we never thought for even a second to change realtors because we knew that Tammy and Peter were doing all they could (and more) to sell our property and make sure that we were happy with the end result. I'm honestly not sure how we would have made it through the process without them!
